Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions most buyers ask before reserving a plot.

We want buyers to feel informed from the beginning. Below are some of the most common questions about plot purchase, infrastructure, payment plans, approvals, and next steps.

Question 1: What is included with my plot purchase?

Your purchase includes internal roads with drainage, electricity distribution infrastructure, piped water, LED street lighting, walking paths, gated entry, and security.

Question 2: Are flexible payment plans available?

Yes, there are structured options.

Buyers may pay in full and receive a 3% discount. Plan A requires a reservation fee followed by 12 equal monthly installments. Plan B requires a reservation fee followed by 18 equal monthly installments. Early buyers may also benefit from a complimentary architectural concept session, subject to the current offer window. Custom schedules may also be discussed in some cases.

Question 3: Can I use my own architect or builder?

Yes, subject to estate guidelines and approvals.

Buyers may engage their own architect or builder, provided the design complies with estate architectural guidelines and receives HOA approval before construction begins. The integrated design-build option is available for convenience, but it is not the only path.

Question 4: When can I start building?

After payment completion and approvals.

Construction may begin after full plot payment is completed and your building plans receive HOA architectural approval along with any required authority permits. The brochure notes a typical timeline of 2 to 4 months from purchase to groundbreaking.

Question 5: What do the estate bylaws and HOA cover?

Standards that help protect long-term value.

The bylaws address setbacks, building heights, approved exterior materials, fence standards, noise rules, landscaping maintenance, and proper waste handling. HOA fees are intended to support security, common area maintenance, lighting, and perimeter upkeep.
